What is Needed

  1. You must bring a valid State or Government issued I.D.

  2. You will need your current address and phone number as well as address and phone information for an alternate or emergency contact. (It is important to maintain current contact information at all times. If you have a change of address or phone number, please notify us immediately.)

  3. You will need to bring a form of payment. We accept cash, money order, VISA and MasterCard.

  4. It takes about 20 minutes to complete the lease presentation for a storage space. Please make sure you have enough time to complete the process.

  5. If it's worth storing it's worth insuring. Check with your insurance agent to see if your homeowners or renters insurance will cover your goods while stored. When renting, we offer a brochure for MiniCo Insurance should you wish to obtain insurance. You may also elect to be self insured.

  6. We will explain the terms Rental Agreement step by step and you will need to review the information before signing.

  1. ANY UNLAWFUL PURPOSES.

  2. STORING ANY SUBSTANCES THAT ARE TOXIC, CHEMICAL, EXPLOSIVE, HAZARDOUS, ILLEGAL, FLAMMABLE OR PERISHABLE.

  3. SLEEPING AND/OR LIVING IN.

  4. SPRAY PAINTING, WELDING OR WORKING ON MOTOR VEHICLES.

  5. STORING LIVE ANIMALS.

  6. OCCUPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THEIR OWN LOCK. ONLY 1 LOCK IS ALLOWED. A 2nd LOCK MAY BE CUT AT THE MANAGER'S DISCRETION.

  7. NO BOLT CUTTERS ARE PERMITTED ON PREMISES! THIS CONSTITUTES POSSESSION OF AN INSTRUMENT OF BURGLARY, VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED!

  8. NO SUBLETTING.

  9. NO PAINTING OR ALTERING OF UNIT IS PERMITTED.

  10. NO DUMPING OF TRASH IS PERMITTED. VIOLATORS WILL BE CHARGED FOR DISPOSING OF SUCH TRASH.

  11. CENTRAL STORAGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS FROM FIRE, THEFT OR DAMAGE TO GOODS STORED ON THE PREMISES. STORAGE INSURANCE BROCHURES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE.



NOTICE

• All rent is due on the 1st day of the month.
• First Late Fee of $10.00 is applied to your account after 5 days past due and access to the property is denied.
• Second Late Fee of $25.00 is applied to your account after 25 days past due and the unit will be over-locked.
• Administrative Fee of $40.00 is applied to your account after 35 days past due and the unit is placed in the Sale process.
• Returned Check Fee of $25.00 is applied to your account for any check that is not honored by our bank.
